bpmoov cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or any modification of an event, nor for bodily or material damage that may occur during participation in a race.
All elements of the application (logo, design, texts, features) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant bpmoov a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it in the application.
Users can delete their account at any time.
